FIRST UP…CUPCAKES! DEIDRA’S IN WILLMAR IS BEING VERY GENEROUS! SHE’S BAKING UP CUPCAKES AS WE SPEAK TO SELL TO YOU FOR $1 EACH ON THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 16TH. ALL PROCEEDS WILL BE DONATED TO UNITED WAY! (Here’s an idea…call Deidra in advance and order up a dozen for the office…or bring a couple to parent-teacher conferences…a little chocolate goes a long way!)
We are really excited about our upcoming fundraising event: Art Empowerment! The event takes place at the Oaks at Eagle Creek on Friday, November 4th at 7:00 pm. We anticipate a fabulous night of art and jazz! We will sell, via silent auction, over 30 peices of art created by local artists! This year we focused on repurposed art (i.e. chandelier made out of mason jars, giant flowers made from rail road ties, etc.). And…to top it all off, we’ve brought in a wonderfully talented band, Lion and the Bloom! This Twin Cities jazz band is sure pair just perfectly with our art! What a fun evening!
